No Driving, no parking, no hassles with ski equipment. Just put on your skis and you're off! We are the closest accommodation to the River Run Life with the best ski-in ski-out location in the valley. Still, we are within walking distance of the center of town, supermarkets, shops, movie theaters and over 60 restaurants. KART, the free local bus, stops right in front of our driveway. No need to rent a car. Everything is close at hand.

And after skiing, you'll love our large outdoor Jacuzzi which faces Mt. Baldy with spectacular views all around-- The perfect spot for apres ski relaxation. Many great ski stories and friendships have started here.

General terms follow. All rooms are non-smoking. Thank you!

Deposits: We require one-third of total amount within ten days of confirmation of reservation. Reservations many be canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date and deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 handling fee.

Final Payments: Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled after that date, every effort will be made to rebook your accommodation and if successful, your payment will be refunded less the $50.00 handling fee. If unsuccessful, your deposit is subject to forfeiture.
