ABSTRACT
Dr. Willard comments:
"It attacks the non-available nutrients of the soil and converts them into a form that is readily utilized by the plant."
"It causes seeds to germinate better and faster, producing stronger seedlings. The roots of which will penetrate further to contact more nutrients and water."
"Willard Water is made up of electrically charged colloidal particles that tend to hold the water in the soil and plant. The colloidal particles tend to keep the soil from compacting so the air and water can penetrate. The soil bacteria thrive and are stimulated to a greater activity by the treatment."
"Soils which are not easy to work have a lot of clay in them. The clay will attract minerals because of its electrical charge. Willard Water goes down there and reacts with the clay, liberating the metals and other minerals. The clay breaks up...doesn't hold together in a large mass. The trace minerals become available to the microorganisms. They use part of it. And they use nitrogen from the air and oxygen from water...they form protoplasm, they die. Their bodies are now food that the roots can assimilate."
"Willard Water goes through the hard-pan into the sub-soil. Dissolves rocks and frees trace minerals for the plants to utilize."

Over the years Willard Water has been in use, few controlled studies have been done as to the effectiveness of the patents primarily because of money. However, users from around the country haven't been waiting for the studies, they tell us the bottom line sits nicely in their wallets. If Willard Water didn't work, they couldn't afford to use it. Further, the patents themselves are the product of studies and they wouldn't have been issued if Willard Water didn't work. I can't help but think that the following benefits of Willard Water would be good for your garden.
"Method of Growing Plants in Soil"
"Plants are grown in soil which has been intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective
amount of a novel catalyst to improve the fertility thereof. In a preferred variant, the water which is intimately
contacted with the soil may also contain catalyst treated lignite. Plants grown in the treated soil are more
vigorous and resistant to disease or adverse environmental conditions. The yields are higher in instances
where the plants are grown commercially for food or fiber, and the plants have a more pleasing appearance in instances where they are grown for decorative purposes.
22 Claims, No Drawings."

"Method of Improving the Fertility of Soil and the Soil thus Prepared"
"Soil is intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective amount of a novel catalyst to
improve the fertility thereof. In a preferred variant, the water which is intimately contacted with the soil may
also contain catalyst treated lignite. Plants grown in the treated soil are more vigorous and resistant to disease or adverse environmental conditions. The yields are higher in instances where the plants are grown
commercially for food or fiber, and the plants have a more pleasing appearance in instances where they are
grown for decorative purposes. 24 Claims, No Drawings."

"Method of Transplanting Plants"
"The roots of plants being transplanted are intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective
amount of the novel catalyst. In a preferred variant, the water may also contain water soluble catalyst treated
lignite. . . The transplanted plants grow more vigorously and are more resistant to disease and/or adverse
environmental conditions.
22 Claims, No Drawings."

"Method of Watering Plants and/or Feeding Nutrients to Plants"
"Plants are watered with water containing a catalytically effective amount of a novel catalyst to promote
growth, yield and/or beauty. The watered plants are more vigorous and resistant to disease and/or adverse
environmental conditions. In a preferred variant, the water may also contain water soluble catalyst treated
lignite. Plant nutrients may be present in the water and fed to the plants at the time of watering. (Remember to reduce nutrients by at least 50%)
30 Claims, No Drawings."

"Methods of Treating Seed"
"Seeds are intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective amount of a novel catalyst to
achieve faster germination and/or a higher germination rate. The resultant plants are also more vigorous and
resistant to disease and/or adverse environmental conditions. In a preferred variant, the water may also
contain water soluble catalyst treated lignite.
22 Claims, No Drawings."

"Method of Rooting Cuttings"
"Cuttings to be rooted are intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective amount of a
novel catalyst. The cuttings root faster and/or easier, and the new plants produced therefrom are more
vigorous and resistant to disease and/or adverse environmental conditions. In a preferred variant, the water
may also contain water soluble catalyst treated lignite.
22 Claims, No Drawings."

"Method of Prolonging the Life or Beauty of Cut Flowers"
"Cut flowers are intimately contacted with water containing a catalytically effective amount of a novel catalyst
to prolong their life or beauty. In a preferred variant, the water may also contain water soluble catalyst treated
lignite.
22 Claims, No Drawings."
